Get the kids doing their homework!

This beautifully restored Edwardian, double school desk was made in Ireland in the early part of the C20^th. The manufacturers, Hearne & Co. Ltd were prolific furniture makers in Waterford for over a century. It has a solid cast iron frame that has been powder coated black and fitted with European Oak timber seat, back rest, footrest and desk top. The hardwood timber has been finished with two coats of Danish oil and fixed with black stainless-steel carriage bolts.

This fine quality, antique school desk, for young children is over a hundred and twenty years old. It is in perfect, totally restored condition and could sit in any home or office as a stand-alone antique or as a useful everyday desk.
