Another fantastic 7 foot Victorian Faux Bois bench with three cast iron supports made by the Scottish Carron Foundry in Falkirk in the 1890s. The ironwork has been painted Olive, RAL 6003. The four seater bench timber slats are 25mm thick European Oak finished with three coats of Danish oil and secured with silver stainless steel carriage bolts. A beautiful example of late C19th garden art.
