A Rare Find

A once tired, old late C19th cast iron bench from the Cotswolds has been totally refurbished and transformed. The heavy decorative supports, similar to the Carron Falkirk pattern no. 4, have been stripped and painted satin black. It has lovely foliate scrolled armrests with lattice work below.  The seating is made from 25mm European oak with a small routed arris and finished with Danish oil. The hardwood slats are held down with black stainless steel carriage bolts. A very classy piece of ornate garden art to sit on and enjoy your garden.
