Currently in the paint shop undergoing refurbishment

A heavy, cast iron authentic Coalbrookdale 'Peacock' design bench of late C19^th origins, originating from Telford, just a few miles from Ironbridge, where the factory was located. This bench has elaborate, fanned peacock feathers, fleur de lis and scrolled foliage decoration, with a slatted cast iron seat and is raised on swept hoof feet. It is strong, sturdy and in its original aged condition throughout. There are no repairs and as the bench has cast iron slats it will require little or no maintenance.
